    jblaze: casino shift hours

I will re-post this message since it was embedded in a different comment:

"Also had a general question on casino shifts... what are the times for swing, night, day etc. And does the sky operate according to the same hourly schedule?"

There's a dealer/pit shift change at 8 or 9 PM in all casinos, and the other two changes follow logically.

Good question about surveillance. My guess is that they are on the same schedule as uniformed security, so when you see security change that will give you some information.

If I were running a casino, being surveillance is mostly there to watch the employees I would stagger the surveillance shift change by four hours so that each shift of dealers is being observed by two shifts of surveillance personnel. But as we know, casino people are not as smart as AP's so who knows what they actually do?
