    Chipp Redd: Counting Systems Questions

How do you guys regard the Hi-Opt I system? W and W/O Ace side count? Any opinions about the DHM systems and the Canfield Expert and Master Systems?

Do you guys have any contact info for Lance Humble (originator 0f Hi-Opt I and II systems), D. Howard Mitchell (originator 0f DHM system) or Richard Albert Canfield? I know that these names are pseudonyms and that Cnfield is a single name used by a group.

Generally designed for single deck games; which are quickly going out of style.

    > Any opinions about the DHM systems

    Low betting correlation

Hi-Opt I is probably better than Expert. Master is essentially the same as Advanced Omega II.

Humble is still around but not that active. He could be contacted if it's important. Canfield has been out of BJ for ages.

    Wondering where you heard that?

Could you roughly define 'ages?' Pre '94?

    Thanks.

Well Bob Gates used to run his newsletter. He got out of BJ in the mid '90s. Canfield was out before that.

Was that his real name and did he live/work in Southern California?

Joe Hinton. I think he did retire to S. CA; but am relying on my flaky memory.

Thanks. I know that Hi-Opt I and other ace-nuetral counts w/o ace side-count are best for single deck games, where their higher playing efficiency helps the player. How good is Wi-Opt I with ace side-count for Atlantic City and Las Vegas Strip multi-deck games? I should do some sims.
