Trapper: Its all about game speed
Game speed is the crucial issue. If you have a dealer who deals twice as fast, you will receive twice as many BJs and so will the dealer. Heads up increases game speed so it increases BJs. It also increases double down opportunities, splits, etc. What it doesn't change is the percentage of your overall hands which are BJs. There is nothing magic about heads up play which alters the distribution of the cards.

Yes. But this is also true with one, two, three, four, five or six other players at the table.

No. You will, in the long run, be dealt the same percentage of blackjacks as the number of Aces, Tens and remaining cards determine at the time, and this percentage will apply to every player at the table and to the dealer.
IOW, you will NOT get a higher percentage of blackjacks than the dealer -- you will get the SAME percentage. It's as simple as that.
