Norm Wattenberger: Couple things
I think I would start with the end of shoe instead of the start of the shoe. WO points affect other WO points. Same is true of ODP. Also, WO points affect WI points and ODP affects both. But probably not enough to take a second pass as adjusting numbers.

I am currently simulating reverse wonging with KO. For WiWo you recommended to start at the end of the shoe and generate Wo points working backward.
Should I use the same approach for reverse wonging? If so, wouldn't that require the multi-betting strategy?
Also, for the multi-betting strategy I intend to use ODP points for all 6 levels of penetration (might as well). Judging from BJA3 Table 13.3, it looks like the ODP points become more volatile toward the end of the shoe! So, here are the penetration levels I can generate the ODPs for:
Decks: 1, 2, 3, 4, 4.5, 5
-or-
Decks: 1, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5
I think I will generate the points using the latter (most games in AC don't deal to the last deck).
Please let me know what you think.

Yes.

What do you mean by reverse wonging? Could have different meanings.

Same as 'white rabbit' as defined in BJA3 ODP study.
Play right off the top of the shoe until the RC <= to exit point. If RC never dips below exit point, then you essentially play all hands for the shoe.

Yes I would start at the end of the shoe.
