    Since the initial commotion I've heard very little. Anyone?

    The Russo - GrosJean judgement pushed them into Chapter 11 in 2005. Since that time, they have been attempting to get out of paying the full judgement but they have been forced to submit a plan for full payment to Russo/Grosjean. The court case was a huge blow to their credibility and I haven't seen much discussion of the Griffin book on AP sites. Of course the casinos have other methods of sharing information. There might be something more in the new book by Bob Nersesian.
