MGP: Do special BJ bonuses ever push or lose?

I assume that in most cases they always win but wasn't sure. Examples of the bonuses I'm talking about are things like AJ bonuses or suited bonuses.

In my chapter on the math of side bets, you'll see that, often, you had to win the hand. So, 7-7-7 wasn't necessarily a winner, if the dealer made 21.

LOL.

I know a lot of bonuses require a win, but I'm wondering specifically about BJ bonuses. My CA already handles bonuses that continue when the hand plays, when they're required to win etc, but I'm wondering if I need to bother with all the annoyance of programming that for the BJ bonuses too...
