If you want to become successful in blackjack you have to learn using your own brain to figure out things rather than relying on some software where you often don't know the underlying assumptions.
The first step in figuring out your betting scheme is to establish your max bet.This depends not only on your bankroll but primarily on the sum you are psychologically prepared to lose in one session.As a thumb rule I would say that the max bet should be a twentieth of what you can lose without falling into a deep depression.If you can take a loss of $5000, your max bet would be $250.
Next step is to choose your spread.Here the simple rule "the bigger the better" applies.However what you can get away with depends on your casino environment.The minimum bet shouldn't be more than a tenth of your max bet.Otherwise you have to resort to wonging which is rather a drag and not possible under all cirumstances.
With a $250 maxbet,I would choose a $10-table.
The $10-table would give you a 25-1 spread which is perfect for a shoe game.
As a third step you have to decide, what should be the requirement for coming out with the max bet.This depends on the penetration and the rules. With bad penetration you need to be bolder and with good rules you can afford to be more conservative.
I would say that for average conditions you should bet max as soon as you have an advantage of 1.5% or more.This is usually the case at a TC >=3.5.
Now we have to determine the remaining bet levels. The minimum requirement for an attacking bet should be around 0.3% and this is given at TC+1.5.
The Kelly-principle tells us to bet in proportion to our advantage. Since we bet 250 at 1.5%,we should bet 1/5 of this at 0.3% which is 50$.The rest is easy:we bet $100 at TC+2,$150 at TC+2.5,and $200 at TC+3.
Let's summarize:
T-min at TC<=1 (wonging out occsionally)
$50 at TC=1.5
$100 at TC=2
$150 at TC=2.5
$200 at TC=3
$250 at TC>=3.5
All this is for rounded indices and if your loss-resistance is not as big you simply adapt your bets proportionally keeping in mind the rule maxbet>=10*minbet.
