    Probably one of the pre-orders, as $20 (the starting bid), would at least get the person their money back, and we did pre-sell more than 134 copies.

    I notice that the seller didn't even mention the fact that it was missing its dust jacket! If the buyer is someone here, call me and I'll send a dust jacket for a nominal charge.
