My simulation may be a bit rubbery but comes up with 11.2% for 6D, 8.7% for 8D.

not really enough info to answer that so I asssumed s17, das, and 75% penetration for both and get:

6d - 7.48%

8d - 6.04%

on second look, this is really silly to include rules, the only thing forcing a meaningful change, (from what I am seeing anyway) is the penetration.
