    Unable to use chat function

    For some time now I have been unable to see other users in the chat toolbar below. This happens in both Firefox and IE. Is there a user setting that controls this?

    Sure.

    I see the toolbar below, but the user count is ALWAYS zero.

    That is the same for me but I think it is because you have to "friend" people in order to use that chat. At least I think that is the reason.

    That was originally true at BJInfo, and there were numerous complaints. The main chat rooms are still available to all. Just not instant messaging.
