I want to know what is the bet size for playing two hands if playing two hands result in two times the time minimum?

In CVCX online it has the optimal bet as 2 x (bet) and I assume it means that if I play at a $5 table the bet will be 2 x 5 for two hands but that was not my question. My question was if the rules in the casino ask for two time the minimum bet which means that my minimum bet will be $10 that will throw everything off.
WHEN ALONE: Play 1 hand all the time (but there is no penalty for spreading to two hands when you have an advantage)
WITH OTHER PLAYERS: Play 2 hands when you have an edge, Play 1 hand the rest of the time when the house requires 2x the table min to play two spots. If 2x not required to play two hands you should just play two hands all the time when with other players.
Same rules as always apply to playing two hands...Play 75% of your normal one hand wager on each of two hands is the optimum amount to bet. If house rules require you to bet more than 75% of your normal one hand bet on each of two hands then you should continue to play one hand until your edge is big enough to justify the wager.
