    Bad Play affects ?

Bad play by the newbies or olders affects emotionally other players.
It affects card flows for sure, but not predictable.
"Modern Blackjack" says it doesn't affect (in Bilion hands simulation).
Experienced players don't like to play with bad players on the same table.
But, in crowded weekend nights, no tables are available.
Do you mind this, stop playing and wait until other table become available ?

No, Experienced players don't care about the other players skills. Superstitious players are the only ones who care about such things. Experienced players don't want to play with anyone else regardless of the other players propensity to make mistakes.

Simple Answer: Bad play by others will often affect your outcome for better or for worse. But it will never affect the chances of your outcome. Your chances always remain the same. Therefore, the "for better" and "for worse" parts get washed out.

Try to keep in mind - If there were no poor players, good games would
be completely unavailable to you - as opposed to mostly unavailable.
