araknis: Odds in SD BJ when factoring hand composition
At Binion's the house edge for SD BJ is -.14%. If I followed the WizardsofOdds website and played also with factoring hand composition, how much does that shave off the house advantage? Thanks

Don Schlesinger: Not much difference

Norm Wattenberger: Re: Odds in SD BJ when factoring hand composition
The difference is of most interest for theoretic purposes. On playing an Internet casino, I will on occasion look up the composition dependent play on an extremely close decision simply because I have the time. But, there exist more important situations to keep in your mind. And, frankly it?s a waste of time even on I?Net casinos. Probably more value in Video Poker.

Norm Wattenberger: On further thought
Now that I think about it; I haven't looked up any close calls in BJ on I'Net casinos. Only Video Poker play. And on reflection - that was really a waste of time. Time is the most important commodity in advantage play - in my simple opinion.
