Electric Kid: Something is Missing from This Site
I just came from BJ21 and I'm kind of p***ed off because they did away with their free pages over there.
In checking out this site, I noticed there are no pages for local conditions like Midwest, South etc. I see there is a Las Vegas page, but what about the rest of the country. How come? I think this is a requirement if you want to be considered a five star blackjack internet site.

any forum you want.
I just want to give this a couple days to see how it plays out. Feel free to keep telling us what you want, that's the only way we'll know how to grow if the traffic comes.

BJ21 is presently in a state of transition (some might even say, turmoil). The elimination of the free pages may or may not be permanent.
I kind of like the attitude, though: "Due to numerous complaints about our free service, there will be no more free service."
We did not originally include geographic-specific pages (other than LV and SoCal) because we did not feel that there would be sufficient traffic (and indeed, the SoCal page is pretty dead). Also, we wanted to be perceived as something other than a copy of BJ21.com.
However, as I stated in "Parker's Policies," I am always open to suggestions. If there is sufficient demand for geographic-specific pages (or any other pages, for that matter), we can certainly create them.

What's up with bj21 doing away with the free postings? I guess if anyone doesn't want to pay to speak, they'll kill it.

shark: Outside USA board
Earlier I asked to add a Non-USA board. Parker's reply was that there wouldn't be enough traffic justifying it. With the changing circumstances, may be it is the time to reevaluate that decision.
My initial motivation to join GC was to support the site that provided me with such a valuable board. Although, I found valuable information on other pages as well, I intend to quit GC in case they don't change their decision.
If this site offered a Non-USA board with enough traffic by many posters, I would be glad to support it as well, regardless of BJ 21 decision. Shark

X- BJ 21 student: Frank Stanton may have crashed the party.

Can you understand why all complaints? I certainly do.
We all know by that BJ 21 has a policy of keeping the free pages trashy in order to intimidate us into joining green chip. Unfortunately for them it appears Frank Stanton and his aliases have crashed the free party over there and are apt to join Green chip now that BJ21 free pages are inoperable...or could the gang be heading this way? I certainly hope not,but who knows maybe Stanton and the gang will gain new Domain members for RGE.
I dont think BJ21 had a very effective plan after all. That irritating shakey ol-line ad use to be a nuisance.I certainly wont miss it.

I always like to have a non-gambling page around just to shoot the breeze with all the other gamblers without having to go to the poker room. The question is whether or not you are up for moderating such a potential disaster area.

Parker: You're giving old Frank too much credit
BJ21 is apparently having some hacker problems, but Frank is almost certainly not the culprit - I think he is barely computer-literate.
And I don't see Frank joining Green Chip, or any other sort of pay site.
Besides, the whole allure of Green Chip is the friendly, troll-free atmosphere (kinda like this place, actually). People have been kicked off Green Chip for being disruptive.

Regardless of what happens at other websites, we'll try an "Outside USA" sort of page, and see what sort of response it gets. See my announcement above.

shark: And very prompt response
Less than 6 hours from my initial request. Cheers, Shark

Students, should learn what is precisley correct
before they speak of things or people that they
have absolutely no knowledge of.

Did you need to put "computer" in your post? :-)
