    Chapter 12 of BJA 2e is one of my favorites, probably because it leaves you begging for more info on the different back-counting approaches in Part I. Don, you state that for the 4.5/6 game Mr. Perfect SCORE's in at $87 while the White Rabbit with $85 (WiWo somewhere in the middle?), but that with deeper penetration the differences would be greater. overall, which of the three would you recommend? moreover, can we round off the ODP's to groups of -1, 0 and +1? in any event, it would be great to see this study completed by BJA 3e!

    The study WAS completed, in the Fall 2000 BJF. Suggest you order the back-copy. It's about 32 pages, in all.
