    .: Halves/RPC EV's

i wonder if somebody can help me with this:

how does the advantage per true count change between these two counts? ie. if an RPC true of +1 is a 0.5% advantage, at what true would the Halves be equivalent to this. is there a conversion value i can use between these two to compare the same EV at their respective true counts?

    hope this was clear.
    thanks in advance.
