Moose: Help setting bet spreads please!

    Gentlemen,

as I am now only a couple of short weeks away from commencing fully bankrolled blackjack play with my brand spanking newly saved $6k CDN bankroll, I would like to take some time to solicit your help with spreads and ramps.

I'd like to keep ROR low but still double in around 200 hours, if that's possible.

What I would ask of you - as I cannot find my copy of SBA, hopefully Karl will look up his purchase receipts from days gone by and take pity on me, mailing me a new one - is that I get a little help for an optimized betting scheme considering my play takes place at the following casinos, all of which are H17 DOA DAS ES10

    Casino A: 3.0/4, $2-$50, implicit max is 2x$50
    Casino B: 3.25/4, $5-$100, implicit max is 2x$100
    Casino C: 4.0/6, $2-$50.
    Casino D: 3.5/6, $5-$100.

C is almost worthy of play all due to generous heads up time and other benefits. D is 'wonging only' while I wait for a poker seat.

    Advice and numbers greatly appreciated.

    M.

    > With those four choices, my advice is to play poker if you are good at it or run out the door.

A and C are beatable games especially with LS.
3.25/4 is good pen.Unless playing sd or dd I don't know what extra you are looking for here with the exeption of h17 but I'll take LS over H17 any time.
If you only play +1 and above then it becomes reasonably attractive.no?.

I'd go with Casino B all the way.

    Bet schedule:
    Sit out -2 or less.
    -1 bet 5
    0 bet 5
    1 bet 20
    2 bet 40
    3 bet 60
    4 bet 80
    5 and above bet 100
    ROR ~= 3%; EV ~= $3.50 per hand

Not Kelly optimal, but easy to remember, no?

    P'Bo: Norms bj calcs

I went to norms BJ win rate calculators.Using a BR of 5000,the 4 deck games will make around 19$ an hour using hilow and a 1-12 bet spread.
But I could only use LS I would think that eS10 will add a lot more to your win rate and also keep fluctuations down.
also norms calc are for playall so if you wong in and out I think these are all profitable games.

    big nguyen: Double check, ET?

You said EV ~$3.50 per hand. @100 rounds per hour that is $350. Did you mean ~ $0.35 per hand??

What I don't like about A is the low table maximum.

ET Fan: Yes, exactly. $0.35 per hand *NM*
