Viktor Nacht: Register your posting handle

Most of you are probably familiar with this, since it's the exact same software as at BJ21. You can now reserve the name you post under but clicking "Edit Your Profile" from the links at the top of the page.

Which link at the top of waht page?

AND BTW, how do we post responses to posts? I'm writing this under a copy of your message which appears in the response box. Is that supposed to be happening?

In Hiding: This is about the time Vik is hoping

that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't the fire breathing dragon! :-)

Until it gets corrected, I've decided to move the existing text down. It's easier than erasing it and less confusing than posting below it or just making a "new post". Aha! If we get into a thread though, it could be one long sucker of a page.

Thanks, T'man. I found the profiles, but they weren't working that day. Got myself registered now though.

    Contrail: You might try

hitting the preview button before entering any text. All existing text is removed leaving plenty of blank space.

    In Hiding: Aha! and Whoops!

Thanks Contrail, but, as you can see, it didn't work on my machine. No biggie. They'll get it corrected.

Contrail: Sorry, it's a little confusing.

It seems to work on my MAC and PC (both running MS Explorer). I guess this is an instance in which my protection payoffs to the computer gremlins paid off. But you're right, Viktor is doing a terrific job and I'm sure these more minor issues will be resolved soon.
