If you mean that the player's edge off-the-top is -1.3% (thus, a house edge of 1.3%), forget it!

On the other hand, if you mean that the player's edge off-the-top is +1.3% (thus, a house edge of -1.3%), then shoot me an email and I'll pack my bags (and BR)! :-)

    Enzo: Depends on many factors.

The 2 biggest factors that determines which would be better for you are:

    1) What is the maximum bet on the positive off the top CSM game? (If you are a high stakes player and the CSM game has a $100 max bet limit, you are much better off in Vegas.)

    2) What is your bank roll, and what level can you play in Vegas? (If your BR is $25,000 for examle, you are almost certainly better off playing the CSM game. If your Bank roll is $300,000 or more, you may be better off in Vegas.)

Vegas is pretty poor for low and middle limit play, and very good for high limit play if you know which games to hit. The rules are typically better on the highest limit games. Plus for people who know what future offers are generated by a particular property there is a large cash equivalent down the road for showing a particular casino a lot of action for a short period of time.

    Finally, an observation:

Why limit would you limit yourself to one or the other? This doesn't make sense unless you have a day job allowing only one trip in the next 6 months and have to choose. Vegas is not going anywhere and if you are a serious player it should already be on your normal itinerary. The CSM game you should play until you are backed off, then move on to other markets.

So I am guessing you posed the question to generate interst in trading information? If so, I know Vegas very well if you are a high stakes player. Feel free to email me.
