sally young: double on split aces

i recently found a game whereby
1.players are allowed to double straightaway on splitting of aces ..how much is this worth.
2.also allowed to hit again on splitting of aces.
3.however player is allowed to buy insurance only after early surrender against ace,or after hitting(ie if the box is still alive ...is that too much of a disadvantage?

any figures on the advantages/disadvantades appreciated..
    thanks

tomto: mail me, i think i know where you are

to split and double aces is worth 0.2 %

The rest of the rules was a bit different when i was there, but they often change the details. Is it an OBO game?
