    No, we were talking about ENHC games. Actually, doubling 10 vs. 10 in hole card games has very similar indices with 11 vs. 10 in ENHC. The only difference is that in the first example you pray for the Ace, while in the second case you pray the dealer won't get that ace:-).

    Risk averse indices are not about maximising EV. They're about maximising SCORE.

    Yes, risk averse is to optimise the score. Score is function of EV and risk. So the decision depends on smb BR, rules etc. In order to reduce the risk we take insurance on less than TC=3, on 2-2.5, we double at half -one number higher. But there is some point when serious EV reduction affects SCORE seriously!
    Hey, double on 11 vs 10 on 4 or more!
    In order to check it just run SBA with different index on 11 vs double...

    No, cheating staff and players happenened there at the roulette tables. Introduction of cameras was directly down from cheating staff and players.
