JFK jr: Best rules in Europe

I visited a casino with the following decent rules 6D,ENHC,DAS,DOA,S17,NRSA,RS=4,insurance not only to dealers A but also to 7,8,9 10 ,LS and ES when dealer has 10 and the most intresting a side bet when dealers A busts paying 13-1 !!!The pen is 66% with almost no heat and min/max is 5/300 euro.On the other hand there are some drawbacks:there are only 2 BJ tables and i dont know if thes last more than one or two months. BTW:can someone find the EV with a spread 1-12 or 1-20?

I don't see any good about the casino's rule. The best rule at Europe of my knowledge is:
6D, S17, 75% pen, ES (including against A), ENHC, Triple (double the original bet after double). I estimate 0.49% off top. Beat that.

You have to be kidding . . . twice!! Doesn't seem possible.

I doubt that anyone has ever counted that high before. :-)

The best rule is, when the casino is beginning to close the tables and the dealer is dealing the last shoe(80% pen), the pit boss is coming and saying, "after the blue card(cut card) the last three rounds will be dealt tonight".:=)

    Hi there,

I know the best rules in Europe. There is a casino that offers 6 decks, DAS, S17, re-split any pair including Aces (unlimited), ES10, double on any two cards, insure, Blackjack suited pays 2:1 and only one deck is cut off.

I estimate 0.57% off the top. Beat that.

    Regards,

    Mr.Pro

    Benz_22: London..

    nothing special in London.
    6 decks,sometimes 4.ENHC.S17 (Golden Nugget H17).DAS. D9,10,11.RSA=4.
Although you can now play one hand heads up in some of the better casinos like Palm Beach, Rendezvous and St.James's.
Must allow 24 hr clearence first though (can do it over the internet)

    giuseppe: Re: London..

Im only 18, whats the rule there? 21 or 18? Also, can you give me a link to the clearance site (presuming it is 18+, wishful thinking :/) What kind of spreads can you use in the aforementioned clubs?

    Gamesplayer: It varies,mostly 18

Some 21, In Grovesnor, Ladbrokes, Stanley, they are 18. For the posh highstakes like Crockford, which is also owned by Stanley, is 21.
Crockford is the highest limit casino in Britain.

You can check the casinos in Britain through the British gaming website. Go to Google, I can't remember it.

Get the phone numbers and apply over the phone or via the net if that is possible at least 24hrs before you turn up.

The dress code for British casinos is from smart to smart-casual. So wear a shirt and tie if possible and some you must also have jacket.

Im actually going to be in London for only 2 days, and it will be a tour trip Im going on with a group :/ So my free time will be limited.. Can i pull of an aggressive spread.. say 12:1 or so? I've heard Europe was fairly liberal with spreads, does this include the English clubs? I hope I get to play, a few month ago I was in Monte Carlo, but since I hadn't planned on going, and didn't have sufficient funds with me, unfortunately I didn't get to play at Loew's.. so Im trying to get everything all setup for my next trip abroad.. Thanks for the help Gamesplayer.. oh and about attire, would a 2 piece suit be to much?

    Gamesplayer: Yes,spread anything you want

You won't get barred in 2 days.

In England, if they don't want your action they simply send you a letter to tell you that your membership has been cancelled and you are no longer welcome.

The dress code varies, with smaller casinos being less strict. In the weekends, it is better to wear something better, early weekdays, you can just walk in with a shirt and trousers.
