AFAIK the only ENHC specific deviation is doubling 11 v T, which I think going off memory is +4 or hi lo.

As for Canadian deviations, it varies mostly from province to province but also city to city. Almost all of Canada plays either peek or OBO, which are both strategically the same (same basic strategy and deviations), but Moose Jaw and Regina do employ both S17 and ENHC.

Alberta is mostly ES10, so you would need to look up your early surrenders against ten for those decisions.

In THLCCS, we published indices for 6D S17 ENHC on page 314.

The Hi-Lo EV-maximizing index for 11 vs T is indeed +4, however using that index number will result in a reduction in SCORE in a way similar to using the EV-maximizing index for 10 vs T in a hole card game. We recommend using the RA index number of +11 instead. We also show an index for splitting A,A vs T at -7. All of the other ENHC indices in that chart are for early surrender.
