    Tracking card distribution

If I want to track every card dealt on an online blackjack game to see how fair the distribution is, can I simply track every card seen or should u only track the first 2 cards to player 2 to dealer? Due to hands like standing on T,T not seeing any more cards vs hands like 2,2 splitting and seeing lots of cards, would this skew results tracking every card seen?

    You'd track everything.

But this is not how you do it. It is better to simply to do research into the background of the operation and look at credible reviews.

There are ways to cheat players and maintain a representative distribution of cards.
