In theory you could get an edge by attacking the insurance bet. You would want to use an insurance count (tens vs. non-tens). I think it actually might be a decent game. I can't think of an easy way to run the numbers on it.
Next time, I wouldn't post all the details like that. It can get games killed from both sides reading it.

Count -9 for tens and +4 for all other cards. That's a perfect insurance count.
Forget about counting the other aspects of the game this is a very favorable situation. I'd need to know the game spread and likely heat to make an assessment as to which game was preferable.
I agree with Moo that is in your interest to delete this thread. I imagine someone will help you out privately. The game is valuable if it as you describe-you should bear this in mind before sharing its location,
Let me make a comment about the -9, +4 count. While it is a balanced level 2 count, where converting to TC is necessary before using it, it is preferable to use this other level 2 count (1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 -2),
where conversion to TC is not required, making it much simpler to handle. With this count, you would also have a perfect insurance count.
Sincerely,
Cac
Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.
It's not a really big deal. Just don't post a bunch of really specific information on a game like that. All you have to say is "I found a game where I can bet table max on insurance, is there an advantage?" Maybe include that there's a 1-40 spread between table min and max. Otherwise, people who travel a lot, and therefore know odd details like the table max of random Canadian charity games, may show up and destroy a game unnecessarily. It's also possible, although less likely, that a casino employee or even a game protection consultant like B ill Z ender might read your thread and call up his client and have them fix a game.
