Meanwhile, over here in the Twin Cities area, we might get some snow tonight. While your winter might have been a little overdone, ours has been pathetically unimpressive. According to the weather guy in the paper, we’ve had 16 inches of snow this winter, two feet less than we’d normally have on this date. We’ve had MUCH more snow forecasted than we’ve actually gotten. Even with something like the following, getting little or no snow would not be a surprise at this point.

Marquette got hit hard with this last storm. They broke a daily snowfall record, and if I remember correctly had 24 hours of blizzard conditions.
