Yes, the "law related to the casino industry" is that almost all casinos prohibit the taking of photos or video inside the casino. You could, of course, film if you received prior permission from the casino.

But can they take any action against me legally like a lawsuit something like that if they watch my videos online or notice my hidden camera.
Long ago i. watched a videa where a guy was mentioning about filming in a casino using a camera in his watch but he later mentioned about not using it as it may get overheat for using long time and produce some heat radiations and surveillance might notice it on their heat mapping feature in their cameras( idk about this feature) just wanna be safe.

I'm not a lawyer, but I assume that if you do something illegal in a casino, they can take action against you.

I don’t think there’s any law against it, but they can sure make your life miserable. Now, if they can prove you’re, for example, tracking a shuffle, costly legalities now come into play.

IN other words, don’t do it. An interesting point to note - a few sessions prior to being booted (from my favourite back off), an ugly nasty critter took phone photos of me cashing out. What’s good for the goose is not necessarily good for the gander.

I agree with Freightman. Casino policy generally prohibits photograp[hy, but as long as it's not being used as a methode of cheating, there's no law against it. However, that doesn't mean the casino won't take action against you.

The problem with cameras in a casino is not just the possibility of cheating. It is the possibility that you are filming people who do not want to be filmed in a casino for a multitude of reasons.

    Technically speaking, no.

You are not doing anything criminal simply by filming in a casino. Establishing that may not be so straightforward.

Further, a casino is private property. If they discover what you are doing they can bar you and to then return is criminal trespass.

There are things you can do with a recording device that could lead to prosecution:

If audio is captured in a way violating wiretapping laws
If recording captures protected security measures
If recording interferes with gaming operations
NRS 465.075 (Use of Device for Calculating Probabilities). Prohibits the use of any device to record, analyze or project gambling game outcomes.
That's Nevada. Most states/countries have similar laws.

I have asked on very rare occasions when I have gotten a unique hand and I have some big bets out that 'after' play has concluded that could take a picture of the table. On most occasions I was allowed to to do so by the pit boss. These youtube players (BJA, Black Jack Advisors and Steven Bridges) I am sure they draw far more heat when they just walk into a casino and the face recognition software picks them up. We never get to see ALL of their sessions just a select few but I would bet they get tossed from casinos far more than your average AP. This is far different from other youtube personalties like Mr. hand Pay, Casino Matt and others who get permission from the casino to record their sessions. These guys are basically free advertising for the casino and I have watched a session when Mr. Hand Pay was at Rivers Casino in Des Plaines. He had a personal concerige with him (high roller) status the whole time.. In one session he lost over $30k but was comped almost immediatly in some slot play for the entire amount. Then he pulled out another $20k and played another session and made about $15k on top of that. The millions of followers who watch these guys thinking their stupid tricks and gimmicks they use to play BJ or slots works is the slop that the stupid eat up and then race off to the casino to lose their money. I honestly think these people are even worse than casinos since they are really selling snake oil to the masses and making money from Youtube by lieing to them.

I would absolutely never have any kind of hidden recording device at a blackjack table. Keith Taft was convicted of having a cheating device for recording the dealer's hole card at the table. If you're an AP, they're probably going to try to charge you on the same theory, even if you're not getting the hole card.

I wouldn't be as worried about that as table games. But I wouldn't do it if I was an AP. It's an excuse for them to refuse to pay a jackpot.
