Best rules in the New England/Mid-Atlantic Region

Looking for the best games in the New England/Mid-Atlantic region. Been finding a lot of 8 deck shoes with terrible penn, amongst other disadvantages. Casino's with less traffic too would be an added +

    CBJN is your answer...mostly.

You have to do your own work as well. I have one casino specifically in that general region that has pretty good pen as well as one dealer that cuts off like 0.5 decks of an 8 deck shoe. I couldn't believe it. But I'm not about to blab that out to anyone. And I suggest you shouldn't either if you find one. And I also suggest that publicly discussing, "Casino X has better pen than most places...especially dealers Jim And Mary" is really really counterproductive because it will quickly get back to them and corrections can be made.
