No hole card vs hole card

If dealer pulls no hole card untill everyone makes a decision but takes only original bets if makes 21 .
I can use sams BS AND INDEX play as i use in hole card dealt game right?
Index only varies if dealer takes busted hands or all bets if dealer hits blackjack?

If it is OBO, then the strategy is the same as a hole card + peek game.

Indices are usually the same , unless the rules are unorthodox (Im assuming you are in Australia or Canada where OBO is not uncommon)

But to be sure use CVData for the indices

On the other hand make sure if it is OBO, OBBO or BB+1
