So min is 5$ whats ur max bet?
I play two hands so I can't bet $5. My spread could be something like 2x10 to 2x80, or 2x25 to 2x100, or 2x50 to 2x150, not sure exactly yet.

My plan is to only play Spanish 21 with a max bet of around $100 and hop between local casinos. Thinking if I get a player's card, I can last a fairly long time.
Unless it's a $5 limit, you can't get an appreciable advantage at a $100 max bet on most Spanish 21 games. You're not even a threat to their bottom line.

Yes. They already have the information on your driver's license.

They shouldn't. I think it's probably against the law for them to take the information from your ID and hang on to it without your consent. But I don't know of anyone who has sued or filed criminal charges over this, so they keep doing it.

If security guard just looks at your id for your age its another thing but if they scan it everytime its gonna result really bad for you. As when you get players card they will have your photo id in system and lets say if they back you off ( if they say no more 21 games its other case) they gonna make sure they put your picture in system and then everytime security guy scans your id for entrance purpose, screen will say banned from casino.
If you dont make players card they wont have your id.
Depending on back off if its aggressive style they might get your id from security service otherwise they might just leave it. Then you can come back after certain period of time once they forget about you. But if they have your players card anytime you try to enter casino security guard wont let you step in.
They'll just back up the film until he walks in and then get the info off his driver's license. Again, I think this is probably illegal, because you can't just harvest information like this that's collected for one purpose (preventing underage gambling) and use it for another purpose. But, here we are.

Better to use a passport. It has less info on it (such as no address).

My EV is $90/hour spreading to two hands of $100 on this particular game. Is this really going to fly under their radar? If so, I’m perfectly comfortable staying at or under the $100 threshold.

I've had several people bring up that same question. That is what I am simming for play two hands and wonging out two below neutral at 100 hands per hour.

If you're a regular, getting a player's card can actually reduce heat. It helps you blend in as a typical player and earns you comps. Refusing it repeatedly, especially at the smaller venue, might draw more attention. While tracking is a concern, if you're playing within the casino’s limits, the benefits usually outweigh it.
In your case, using the card could help with longevity.

This is the conclusion that I have come to. I just wanted to quality-check that decision on here before making it. I'll get the card.

If I was backed off from a neighboring property five years ago, is it always a bad idea to get a player’s card at this place? It was only spreading to two hands of $80, so I’m thinking that I’ve been forgotten about five years later.

If your name is in their system, it'll be there forever.

It was a different property that no longer exists that I was backed off from and I wasn’t playing rated.
