    Spanish 21 4 Decks vs. 6 Decks

When I simulate 4 deck (75% pen) after simulating 6 deck (83% pen) Spanish 21, I get much worse results. This does not sound correct and I'm wondering if anyone has an idea why. I am posting the screenshots of the two sims. I did nothing other than change the number of decks and pen.

Your penetration is worse. Penetration is extremely important.

Both are only one deck cut off so it shouldn’t cut my EV so much. It cuts it to about 60% of what it is with 6 decks. I simulated again with similar pen and am still receiving the same results.

Click on the Call CVCX button on each sim and see what the results are.

See if you still see the same difference. You can also go to Tools-Export in the CVData configuration and send me an export.

Note to others simming SP21: The CVData SP21 template defaults to six decks. If you change the number of decks, you must also change the deck composition to remove the tens. Turn Modified deck off then on again and adjust the tens. This is not done automatically when you change decks and have modified decks turned on because a user may wish to also modify it differently, like removing one ace to see the effect.
