How do I simulate this in CVCX or CVDATA?

I am having problem simulating figuring out how to simulate single deck H17 double on 10s and more total. If dealer has BJ with 10 up, you push with twenty-one in any number of cards. I don't see any option in CVDATA or CVCX that will let me simulate BJ with 10 up you push with twenty-one in any number of cards. Does anybody have any ideas of how it can be done?

If dealer has BJ with 10 up, you push with twenty-one in any number of cards:

On Setup, select the Multi-Tracking simulator
On Rules, Turn off Dealer peeks on 10
On Payoffs, click Set Custom Bonuses
    Turn on Enable Bonus 1
Set Dealer Inital Cards - Upcard to X
Set Dealer Hand - # of Cards to 2 and Dealer Total to 21
Set Player Hand - # of Cards to >2 and Hand Total to 21
Set Payoffs - Variable to 1.0
If splits count, set Splits to 4
If DDs count, set DD Hands Count
