Essentially, you need to conduct eleven simulations, each consisting of at least 50 billion rounds.
Every simulation should use a fixed number of rounds per shoe— for instance, 30 to 40 fixed rounds if you're working with 6 decks.
The blackjack payout should be adjusted to 12:10 instead of the standard 15:10. Start with a full deck of cards for the first simulation.
In the subsequent ten simulations, remove one card at a time. The simulations will be run using basic strategy and flat betting.
