way to beat one2six ots and other gen

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rteyw8l-9TE&t=1s

this guy claims that there is a way to beat this machine and shows what he can do.

i managed to talk to him privately and he asked me $5000 for his method.

i know there are some people on this forum that already know how to beat this machines, i just want to know if what his saying is true or a scam.

the guy also showed me a list of course videos that he sells for different casino games like baccarat, side bets, etc.

can anyone confirm if the video above is a legit way to beat the machine?

Do not give any one money who you do not trust. Any one selling information will give away something of lesser value to establish credibility before selling anything of value. It is their responsibility to establish trust.

There are methods to beat the one2six and other shuffling machines. These methods may exploit non-random shuffling or the latency of redistribution.

People who can walk into a casino and legally beat a device that has thousands of installs don't sell that info for $5000. They don't sell it at all. They get teammates and beat the casinos for 6 or 7 figures.

Pre-arranged key cards + TJQKA in one of the slots means that no one can do this in a casino. It's just a joke or a cheat to make people think they can do things like that.

This is the same team that allowed its members to engage in illegal activities in Singapore, and several have already gone to jail.

Yeah exactly, I don't see any value to AP's here.

What bothers me about that case is that they have solely been sentenced on the fact that they used a mobile device and that they won. Nobody seems to have a clue of the kind of advantage that they (may have) had.

In another case in Singapore people got themselves into jail for aiming at the roulette wheel. So is this possible? If yes, I cannot wait for the first disgruntled gambler to take a casino to court for having been cheated that way.

Can you post a link? How do gamblers aim the wheel when they are not the one throwing?

Many dealers claim it is possible. This appears independently and anecdotally in a number of different books by croupiers. No one has ever to my knowledge demonstrated the skill under controlled conditions.

Thorp in "Mathematics Of Gambling" gives a formula for determining whether you can get an edge with a predictable dealer. Basically you calculate the root mean square error (presumably expressed in some number of pockets Thorp doesn't specify) around the average caused by the variance of the ball and rotor velocity and the point at which the ball is released. Thorp's assertion is that the error is too high with most dealers for this to be a viable system.

That is for the no-collusion scenario. With collusion and a dealer consciously trying to hit a specific section of the wheel you would get a higher level of prediction. Maybe enough to get an edge.

Bear in mind that it is trivial to cheat the player in card games and there are relatively few legal cases brought against casinos from "disgruntled gamblers".

There was a guy who worked testing Roulette wheels at the factory who after years at his job was able to hit a small arc reliably. Laurance Scott's Roulette method was based on the fact that many dealers have predictable speeds and determining when the ball has lost enough momentum to drop based on the sound change. It worked before wheels were replaced with deep pocket wheels. Here's one of the screens from my old Roulette analyzer:
