    A surprisingly poor quality article from WSJ. Where are the numbers; what's the difference in investment and return for a double-0 roulette wheel vs. a triple-0 wheel; how does 6:5 really change the growth (LOSS) outlook for the investor compared to the traditional correct 3:2 game?
    We (at this Forum) all know the answer, but the readers of this article won't.

    And the stated goal is to "weed out the undesirables ... kicking out the lowest end." What's the implication --- a.k.a. red state John Deere hat wearers? So only the coastal elite are now welcome in Vegas?
