I would agree with the statement that balckjack is almost dead. I am currently one of the top counters in the world, and I'm doing only 2x600. I get chased away on a regular basis and travel great lengths to just barely make like 1500 rounds a week. The conditions are just so slow. You spent 3 hours to get 100 rounds in, on average. The fliers are so effective as well. Unless you are doing 2x1000-ish and frequently incurring large expenses to fly around, it's probably not worth it. You can make more delivering pizzas.

Colin Jones BJA ruined so much. Too many people doing it, and casinos struggling to keep customers playing. Blackjack is very close to death. These are the remnants of the remnants. I expect to barely make 100,000$ a year doing 2x600 and I'm near the top of the counter spectrum. Let that sink in.

I considering working at dominoes 100 hours a week, probably would be less stress for the same money.

I came to this conclusion years ago: like pretty much everything else advantage play is done better from a PC. Travelling around is stupid expensive and time-consuming.

    I don't understand why b&m ap's persist.

I commented a few years ago you have a million-dollar opportunity. Create a documentary called "Rolling in the Dough". Have a camera follow you around running into the casino playing high-stakes BJ in between deliveries. It would be a smash hit and hilarious, watching you run into the casino in your uniform running up to the high-stakes tables. Papa Johns's would probably even cover the production costs for the advertisement value in it.

I don't know man. I just made $2,000 last night at a mid-stakes table; she did better; and all's it took was two tanks of fjb gas. Dinner was free, on them.
That don't look dead to me.

LoL. Did you make 2000$ in EV in one night at a mid stakes table? Doesn't sound like you did. And wait until your red hot I'm all the databases and state fliers. It goes from candyland to shitville in an instant and you don't even know what hit you.

Counting Cards is literally the worst thing you can do to yourself that isn't actually illegal. I wouldn't wish this life on my worst enemy.

There are just so many ass clown blackjack apprenticeship babies out there. They paid someone thousands of dollars to tell them they know how to add and subtract by 1 and make them feel like a superstar (lol). They don't realize that by supporting Colin Jones and the BJA thing they're all just contributing to the rapid destruction of balckjack AP. Thanks you guys, give urselfs a pat on the back, you deserved it!!!!!

I literally drove nearly 4000 miles from Atlanta to Oklahoma and back hitting up everything in between. 2 fucking weeks on the road at 2x600, barely made 12k on EV. Now I needed an entire week off to get my will to live back. Does that sound like it's worth it? And I have like 40k in chips just from this trip that I couldn't even cash out due to heat reasons. What a wonderful life. These little lazy good for nothing idiots that have literally no social skills and probably never even saw a vagina in their entire life think counting cards is such an easy way to make money. LoL this is like the most stressful hardest thing you could possibly do. Good luck failing to the 95% of BJA bootcamp gimps. You'll be back in your crack boarding house living off welfare in no time

Well, that’s 3 weeks - you need to account for sleep time in your EV calculation

    Commenting further
And I have like 40k in chips just from this trip that I couldn't even cash out due to heat reasons.
So, if understand correctly, your cash position is 28k behind where you started, or are you saying you made 52k with an accounts receivable of 40k - taking about 120 days or better to collect.

    Finally, in conclusion
These little lazy good for nothing idiots that have literally no social skills and probably never even saw a vagina in their entire life
Judging by your posting history, it’s questionable that you have

    @freightman

I've seen 4 vaginas in my life. 2 I entered, 1 I couldn't bring myself to enter, and 1 i paid to enter.

How much I made this trio doesn't matter. I only made 12k in EV. I absolutely crushed it, but that actually depressed me bc I only made 12k in expected value. Making the point that for that little amount of EV all the pain and hardship of the road life isn't worth it.

I'm repeat offender and cannot provide ID so therefore many Chips were left uncashed.

About Blackjack: The Forum

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
