    is it normal?

    the casino's rull that I play riquires too much minimum bet. even I choice shortest ROR, that is 20%.
    so I choice some plan. when my bankroll becomes worse, change the bet amount to be ROR is 20% again. is it a strategy that other people also choice when their bankroll becomes worse? and it works as math?
