Question CVData saying to always split 4s vs 7

Simming 6 deck S17 DAS LS using basic hi-lo playing strategy. Got this table and noticed a couple indices that sounded questionable, mostly in the splitting table. These included splitting 7s vs 8, splitting 4s vs 7, splitting 3s vs 8, and NOT splitting 4s vs 5/6. I looked at the charts since I ran a full report and it even showed that for 4s vs 7 (see attached), no split is consistently more advantageous than splitting yet it still advises to split. Let me know if this is something I potentially did wrong on my end!
