Exclamation CVData CVIndex weird indices & full report error

    Screenshot (57).jpg
Hello, I am new to CVData and I have two issues/questions.

I tried generating indices for an 8 deck DAS, RSA, Sr game using basic Hi-lo full indices as the playing strategy and I got some weird index numbers in the outputted chart (see attached) that are nowhere near correct. I'm not sure why it's doing this and I couldn't find the answer in the manual. Please advise.

Also, when I tried to generate a full report, clicking "charts" yielded this error (see attached). I've recently uninstalled and reinstalled CVData so it should be up to date with all the necessary files.

    Thanks

The missing file error occurs when the upgrade was installed without installing the full package. Email me at [email protected].
