    Errors are part of the game. We are mere mortals, not machines. Mistakes are going to happen, like it or not. The MIT Teams estimated that they lost 0.25% of EV for various reasons, including errors. They calculated their bet taking this error into account.

    I agree with the spirit of your post; namely to practice and play as strong a game as you possibly can.
