    Philadelphia casinos and csms

Does anyone know if Rivers Casino, Parx Casino, or Valley Forge Casino use csms? And if so, do any of them at least have a few tables without them?

I’m not sure how to find out and not looking to drive an hour to a game I won’t play.

    Thanks for any help.

Wow, first post after signing up 7 years ago. Welcome.

CBJN will provide that info, however, things can change at any time. It's always best to scout games/tables yourself. And even if you find non-CSM games, there's no guarantee they'll be playable due to crowds, penetration, bet caps unless you use a player's card, etc.

Thank you and thanks for the reply.

I’m pretty good at evaluating the game for rules and penetration. The csms make it a moot point though. I’ve never been to a PA casino. I go to AC frequently but the drive is twice as far as Philly so I’m going to check out Rivers and/or Parx this weekend. CBJN is a subscription only site? I see there’s a “Green Chip” membership as well. Do you recommend either of the options? Is there a lot of discussion there? It seems this site doesn’t have much going on. I used to have a subscription to Blackjack Forum many many years ago. That’s why I signed up to this online version several years back. But then I got busy with life.

CBJN and Green CHip forum are two separate things. You can buy a single issue of CBJN, which would give you the info you need.

Re Green Chip, the forum itself is essentially dead since Stanford Wong sold it several years ago. However, its archives are priceless and you may want to subscribe and check it out, particuarly the (now defunct) Posts of the Month. I'm not sure if they still do it, but at times, they've offered a free trial membership for 30 days Al, are you out there and can clarify?

PA casinos are most all S17 with Late Surrender, i.e. MUCH BETTER rules than Allantic City.
    Hope you enjoy.
Let us know how much CSM cancer is present.

Free sample of CBJN from their web site. I'm surprised they are offering such a recent copy.

They have to be s17, pay 3:2 with LS. State laws/rules.

    Thanks for any help.

Valley Forge Casino is my local casino and they do not have CSMS if you play $25/hand or higher.
