Can't think of any other way to do it! Can't hold three decks in your hand!

There used to be a five-deck game somewhere in Las Vegas in the old days. Can't remember where. Possibly Marina. Have never seen nor played three-deck myself.

Mohican North Star in Bowler WI had a five-deck game back in 2018. They may still have it, but April 2018 was the last time I was there, stranded for 3 days in one of the worst blizzards of my life.

I know 21forme needs proof that it was a bad blizzard so here is a picture.

    Midwest Player,

I have also played that five-decker in Bowler. I also played a five-decker in Curacao.

I have never played a seven-deck game. I know at least one casino in the Northwest had a seven-deck game.

At one time Oneida casino in Green Bay also had a 5 deck game, but the last time I was there in 2017 it was 6 deck. If you have any old CBJN copies like from 2004 you will see they offered a 5 deck game.

A game with five decks is for very skilled players, I think. I can't imagine myself in such a game... However, I daresay you had a good time in this blizzard. The picture really looks cool. The utilities were also idling for 3 days until the blizzard subsided

I've always considered single deck the most difficult, because the count and remaining cards move so quickly.

I know of a place with a 4-deck game. Amazing what can be found if you look hard enough.
