CVBJ not keeping any count properly

I just picked it up again, switching back to HiLo, and CVBJ is not keeping the count at all.
I've checked the tags in the strategy I'm using, I've checked how it calculates TC, I even added a decimal point to see if I could see anything. I don't understand what's happening at all.
Is there a troubleshooting checklist or something I can run through?

From the main menu on the Blackjack table, select Strategies then Playing Strategies Simple. You currently have a Basic Strategy selected. BS has no count. Select one of the counting strategies. For HiLo, open the Stanford Wong folder and select 1994 Basic HiLo.

If that's the case, why is it giving me an incorrect running count instead of just 0? That's the most confusing part for me.

Check and be sure that you don't have it set to burn a card before each round. That screwed me up at one time.

Never mind, the pictures you included did not load for me before I responded.

It looks like you have the TC divisor in the strategy set to half decks instead of full decks.
