Count statistics

I want to see the running and true counts in my stats window, but I can't get them to work. They're always at zero. What am I doing wrong?

From the main menu on the Blackjack table, select Strategies then Playing Strategies Simple. You currently have a Basic Strategy selected. BS has no count. Select one of the counting strategies. For HiLo, open the Stanford Wong folder and select 1994 Basic HiLo.
