    Play Errors

In CVBJ, is "play errors" the total of surrender errors, split errors, soft DD errors etc? If so, why would the total of my errors not match the number of play errors?

Depends on what you are looking at. There are different sets of error collections that are reset at different times depending on settings. Go to File-Backup, create a backup file and email it along with which screens you are looking at.
