These idiots sewed the decoder into the android and brought there.

p.s. The iPhone has a legal GSM standard communication protocol and brought with them to the casino. Legal no problem...

p.s. What do you know about quantum computers?

One moment you say if you keep quiet no one knows. Later you say it is about the equipment. Do you not think the police can or WILL just take their phone and analyse it?

In the case described above, the players had two devices with them. Decoder on Android, and iPhone. They were taken red-handed.
I worked at the casino with only a legal iPhone. The decoder was a thousand kilometers away. The iPhone now has a super camera and, in case of danger, is perfectly blocked.

Ahh so when you say if you provable only if you admit yourself you were referring to other cases, not this! Here is where the confusion arose

The Russian computer guy does not sound like a man of integrity. Intimidation is not my way to make money. I need to be able to look people in the eye - not pressure them to bend to my will to make money.

And employing a game of justification: "Well, they do the same thing to us," is not acceptable. Two wrongs don't make a right. The 'buck" can stop where you say it stops.

As with Bridge, Gin, some forms of Poker, tracking cards is simply the correct way to play.

My favourite hand of all time (since it was for money) An overbid 7NT cold if hearts broke 33. Problem if hearts did not break 33. Transfer squeeze by playing Q covered by K and A on dummy. Now, With 10 in my hand and jack with RHO along with the long heart, ran side suit forcing RHO to either jettison his jack or discard hearts. Glorious.

or, similar type hand holding stiff Q, jettisoned Ace in dummy squeezing LHO to unguard long hearts or drop K - also for money. Glorious.

Sure, but would you want your opponent playing the correct way?

I would want my opponent to use the right method -- incompetently.

You may want it, but you have no right to force it.
