KO indices: which should be added?

So I play shoe games and was wondering what indice plays I can add to KO (right out of the box) aside from splitting 10s. Are there any other worthwhile indice plays that can enhance the performance of the system? If so, which ones?

I think the Illustrious 18 remain the primary indices to focus on for KO, as with Hi-Lo. You can find the order in which to pursue them based on Don's Blackjack Attack 3 chapter on Ill 18 (i.e. which of them contribute the most to total gain in Playing Efficiency).

I wonder how much SCORE would improve by adding the full I-18 Fab4. My guess it not by much. I think Norm provides canned sims for KO Full with CVCX but I could be wrong.

Relative to KO-P, would one see greater improvement using Color of KO or KO Full?
