Most important factors to maximize EV.

Hi everyone, I am new to Advantage Play and wanted to know if there is a published listing of what should be prioritized to maximize the EV or Win Rate. I created this list based on everything I've read so far, ranking the factors from most important to least important. Please feel free to correct the listing if incorrect and add anything that I may have left out. Thanks.

1. Spread
2. Penetration
3. Wonging (playing only positive counts)
4. Rounds/Hour
5. # of hands played (2 is better than 1, is 3 better than 2?)
6. Counting System (Hi OPT II, CAC2, REKO, FELT, Hi Lo, etc.)
7. Rules (3:2, S17, H17, DAS, etc.)
8. Cover
9. ???

You're going nowhere missing a bankroll. Probably the most salient factor.

Maybe the most important factor is finding casinos that will tolerate a your spread and will let you grind out the hours. Pen, game speed, and better rules help, but if you can't play it's tough to make any money.

I'm ok with where you've got rules on your list, except you specifically mention 3:2. Playing 3:2 instead of 6:5 is non-negotiable.
