Wasn't going to respond. But, I was just going through my files looking for my list of last year's Xmas tips and ran across a fax from Igor dated March 1994.
The authors of that book probably never thought of 6 and 8-deck shoe games coming out of casinos when they wrote the book. I later found that their HiOpt are effective for single and double decks. I miss-understood their intentions.

Seems like you need a few rainy days to spend time cleaning out your files.

The e-book allows me to adjust the text display settings to my liking: to select the typeface, to enlarge or reduce the text. This is very convenient for people who have problems with their eyesight. You can simply increase the size of the font and do not suffer, parsing small letters. Unfortunately, paper books cannot provide such an opportunity - here it all depends on the publishers. Although if I really like an e-book, I definitely buy a paper copy and put it on the shelf.

I prefer books, so I've counted 12 physical books on blackjack that are reputable. But 1 advantage of .pdf format books is that you can convert them over to text to speech to do other things while listening. I really find it helpful when reading stock market books that can be a bit boring to read manually.

Books only. Nothing compares with a scent of a fresh book, and even of an old book. God, I really net to go to the bookstore.
