Funny! Sometimes two wrongs make a right. Using the basic formula, I've calculated the EOR of each card on Bust Bonus. Let me demonstrate the calculation for the player's advantage from insurance:

At TC=+3.5, the probability of a ten-valued under card = 33.45%, and therefore player's advantage = 3x33.45%-1=0.35%.
At TC=+6.5, the probability of a ten-valued under card = 35.81%, and therefore player's advantage = 3x35.81%-1=7.4%.
